Refund/Return policy

At BigGend, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our suppliers and the products we offer, we follow a structured return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both you and our business partners.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly shipped

Requests beyond this time frame may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • Proof of defect or damage (photo or video) must be provided

Please note:
Returns for change of mind, incorrect fit, or compatibility issues are not accepted.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer

  • In certain cases of confirmed defect, return shipping may be reimbursed after review

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable in most cases.

Refunds

Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation and approval

If an item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not meeting return requirements, we may reduce or deny the refund.

Defective or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not function properly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide supporting photos or video

  • We will evaluate the issue and offer either a replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on assessment

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to your order and select “Return Request”

  2. Choose the item(s) you want to return

  3. Upload photos/videos of the issue

  4. Submit your request
